Media Rights Capital Announces William H. Masterson III as Executive Vice President of Digital Content Partnerships

New York, NY (January 25, 2008) Media Rights Capital today announced that William H. Masterson III has joined the company as Executive Vice President, Digital Content Partnerships. Masterson's addition to the executive team at MRC allows the company to accelerate its ambitious objectives of bringing elite digital entertainment to market in partnership with the world's top brands.

Applying marketer's strategy to digital media innovation is nothing new for Mr. Masterson. A true digital media vet, Mr. Masterson most recently served as Vice President of Agency Development & Sales at United Online overseeing strategies and developing new product offerings for the company's advertising and U.S. agency partners.
Prior to joining United Online Mr. Masterson held the position of Vice President of Agency Relations for Advertising.com, an AOL/Time Warner Company where he led the strategic development and roll-out of some of the organization's most important initiatives, including the implementation of an agency partner strategy, search initiatives and the ad.com video network.
Mr. Masterson's roots in media go back to his early innovations at Ziff Davis, where he was a pioneer of digital sales. Throughout his career, he has helped drive digital media innovation with numerous top tier advertisers like HBO, Circuit City, Sony, Lexus, Visa, TD Ameritrade, VW, AT&T, HP, Verizon and more. Mr. Masterson will be based in the New York offices of MRC.
